🌱The 'Jewel' Black Raspberry produces large, glossy, flavourful black berries. 'Jewel' is a small shrub, with clusters of black berries, which ripen in July. This is a spreading, multi-stemmed and self-pollinating shrub that will take 2 years to produce the first fruit. It requires regular upkeep, which includes cutting back all dead, and two year old canes to the ground, leaving only last years growth. Attracts birds. Great for cooking, preserves, baking or eating fresh! The 'Jewel' is known as a disease-resistant variety.
