What should I know when ordering delivery for my plants? 📦

Yes! Please make sure you are available for delivery. You can receive updates via the tracking number of your order.

Failure to be available for delivery may result in exposure of the
products to adverse weather conditions, and we are not responsible for
any damage or deterioration caused by such exposure.

What if I want to order a large quantity of plants? 🌳

We can especially help you with large orders! Many savings can be found when contacting us and getting a quote for your large order. Checkout our contact page and we can assist!

What if my plants arrive dead?! 🍃

No fear! Please contact us as soon as possible, we deal with matters of damaged or destroyed product on a case by case basis. The sooner you contact us, the better!

How long will you hold pickup Orders? 🚗

All Pickup Orders will be held for up to 5 days. We will contact you before we cancel your order at the end of the 5 days to see if arrangements can be made to make a pickup or switch to delivery. Please view our shipping policy for more.
